equipment since 2005. Our basic policies are presented below.

PRIVACY POLICY: We understand that you place your
trust in us. Spray Tan For Life is committed to protecting your
privacy. We only use the information you provide
to process orders, to offer support and to inform you of new product
offerings. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal
information to others. Spray Tan For Life may release account
information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is
reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the
terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights,
property or safety of Spray Tan For Life, our users, or others.
PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. currency. The cost of
shipping, handling, and tax are not included in the cost of products. These
are additional costs and will be listed when placing order through PayPal,
or using our mail-in order form.
SPECIALS: At times we offer specials on our products. These
specials are limited in time duration and quantities that are available for
each special.
ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: If you submit your order
electronically, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your
order was placed. If you are paying by check, your order will be held until
our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases
of bounced checks. Item(s) paid for by money order or credit card are
usually shipped 3-7 business days after receipt. Please note that shipments
may take longer dependent upon available inventory, quantities ordered, and
destination. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed.
SHIP
TO LOCATION: Please note: All shipping costs quoted on our website are for
U.S. shipments. Please reach out to us directly for International
shipping costs. Our standard order includes shipment to one location per order.
If you require shipment to multiple locations, there will be additional
cost. Please check with us regarding additional cost before ordering.
When ordering, please
provide complete name, street address, city, state, and zip.
SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to
which the product is being shipped.
OUR
SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by U.S. Mail, UPS, or another
national carrier. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will
be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or UPS unless notified otherwise.
OUR
RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. All of
our equipment is under warranty for 1 year from the date of sale. It can be
returned for repair or replacement, but no refunds will be issued. Buyer is
responsible for shipping/insurance costs.
OUR
DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent
damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive
damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original
packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S.
Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do
not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office
insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
